Arriving
at Haleakala National Park from Kahului (corner of Hwy 380 and 36). Turn right off Hwy 380 onto Hwy 36 E and go 2 miles to Junction Hwy 36 and 27. Turn right onto Hwy 37 and go 7.9 miles to Junction Hwy 37 and 377. Turn left onto Hwy 377 and go 6.1 miles to Junction Hwy 377 and 378. Turn left onto Hwy 378 and go 10.5 miles to the Haleakala National Park entrance.
Arriving
at Polipoli Spring State Park from Kahului (corner of Hwy 380 and 36). Turn right off Hwy 380 onto Hwy 36 E. Go 2 miles to Junction Hwy 36 and 37. Turn right onto Hwy 37. Continue on Hwy 37 to Junction Hwy 37 and 377. Turn left onto Hwy 377. Go short way (0.4 mile) to Waipoli Road. Turn right onto Waipoli Road and go uphill a short way (0.8 mile) to the access road leading to Polipoli Spring State Park

at Iao Valley State Park from Kahului (corner of Hwy 380 and 36). Turn left off Hwy 380 onto Hwy 36 heading for Kahului. Go short way (0.8 mile) to Junction Hwy 36 and 32. Turn left onto Hwy 32 and go 2.8 miles to Junction Hwy 32 and 30. Continue a short way (0.7 mile) on Hwy 32 to fork in road at sign for Iao Valley. Take right fork and go 2.2 miles to parking lot at end of road into Iao Valley State Park
